What is Island Rhodes Music Festival?

Island Rhodes is the home you’ve been looking for! New England’s grandest reggae festival with a heavy-hitting lineup you can’t see anywhere else in the region.

Where is Island Rhodes Music Festival?

Can I buy single day tickets?

No – Island Rhodes is a 2-Day event. There is currently no plan to sell single day tickets.

Is there a seating map?

When do gates open & close?

Gates open at 1pm ET each festival day. The festival typically ends around 11pm ET.

Are children welcome at the festival?

 Yes! Children 8 and under are free, with a ticketed adult.

Can I come and go from the festival?

No re-entry.

Which items are prohibited at Island Rhodes?

An exact list of prohibited items will be released closer to the festival dates. Check back for details!

Can I bring a bag into the festival?

Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12″x6″x12″ with a single compartment, and/or small clutch bag 4.5″x6.5″ are permitted. Bags that do not comply with this policy will not be permitted into the event. Please plan accordingly. Note that all bags will be subject to search upon entering the festival.

Can I bring a chair into the festival?

Chairs are not permitted at the festival.

Where can I park?

Parking will be released for sale closer to the festival.  Centreville Bank Stadium contains a variety of paid lots as well access through public transportation and rideshare.

Is there public transportation?

From Boston

  • Take MBTA Providence/Stoughton Line from South Station.
  • Exit at Pawtucket/Central Falls Transit Center + short walk to stadium.

From Providence

  • Take MBTA Commuter Rail from Providence Station.

    or

  • Take RIPTA bus (R-Line, Route 1, 71).
  • Exit at Pawtucket/Central Falls Transit Center + short walk to stadium.

From New York City / Philadelphia 

  • Take Amtrak from your location → Providence Station.
  • Transfer to MBTA → Pawtucket/Central Falls Transit Center + short walk to stadium.
What if it rains?

Island Rhodes is a rain or shine event.

What is the policy on ticket refunds?

The festival is rain or shine. There is a no refund policy on all ticket purchases. No exceptions. In the event that the festival is postponed, all tickets will be valid at the rescheduled date. All artists are subject to change.

Island Rhodes is an accessible event. We are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the event amenities. We welcome & encourage all feedback & suggestions from our patrons. The following explains the services provided this year.   • WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
    • The venue is navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The event is held on grass PLASTIC TURF COVERING, & CEMENT, with an ADA viewing area. Concession areas, ADA restrooms and other festival vendors will be set up throughout the festival site and ADA accessible.
    • We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs & scooters. Power assist mobility aids are recommended as the gravel and hill at the festival site can be difficult to navigate.
    • We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
  • ADA ENTRANCE
    • There will be an ADA entrance, located just to the right of the main entrance. Guests with Disabilities may use this lane to safely enter the venue. This is NOT the main festival entrance.
  • ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREAS
    • Companions may be asked to stand in the back if capacity is reached.
    • Patrons & companions may not smoke in these areas.
    • Patrons may not save spots.
    • Do not block the view of the guests behind you.
    • There will be an accessible viewing area made available to ADA patrons with a view of the stage. To gain access to this area, please visit us at the Accessibility Services Hub.
    • Accessible Viewing Area Policies:
  • SERVICE ANIMALS
    • All service animals must be registered with the ADA department upon entry into the event.
    • All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times & must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or if the handler’s disability prevents the use of these devices, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
    • Service animals must be housebroken & should use the service animal relief area.
    • Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for & liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
    • All service animals should have legally required vaccinations (which ADA staff may ask to see for verification).
    • We ask that you do not leave your animal in your car while you’re inside the event, as vehicles without air conditioning on may become too hot & unsafe for any animal.
    • Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. However, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Any animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship is not considered a service animal & will not be allowed into the venue. Only service animals that have been individually trained & are under the proper care of their owners will be allowed within the premises. The following guidelines must be followed:
  • ADDITIONAL SERVICES
    • First Aid: We have a First Aid location within the venue, noted on the event maps. Professional medical staff can help you with your medical needs at these locations.
    • Special Dietary Needs: The event will have food vendors that provide gluten-free dietary options. For those with special dietary needs beyond what will be offered at the event, please contact us at info@islandrhodes.com for further assistance.
    • Prescription Medications: All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with your name on it, which matches your government-issued photo ID. Please only bring a sufficient amount of medication for the duration of the event. Your medications must be cleared by one of the medical teams located at each entrance.
